Listed here are all of the events that require a ticket and unless otherwise noted tickets are available at the Beef Empire Days office located at 206 E. Fulton Terrace, Garden City, Kansas 67846, by writing to us at the same address, or by calling (620) 275-6807. Members of the media interested in attending any of these events are asked to request complimentary tickets from the Beef Empire Days office.

Lextron Animal Health Beef Empire Steer Trial (B.E.S.T.) Barbecue

This event is open to all 2008 Beef Empire Steer Trial participants and will be held on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at Hy-Plains Feedyard, LLC, Montenzuma, Kansas beginning at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are available to any participant in the steer trial by calling the Beef Empire Days office at (620) 275-6807. There will be no tickets available at the door.

Beef Empire Days Sponsors Reception

Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Clarion Hotel. Tickets to this event are available to all sponsors and are available by calling the Beef Empire Days office at (620) 275-6807. There will be no tickets available at the door.

U.S. Premium Beef B.E.S.T. Dinner & Auction

Friday, May 30, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. at the Grand Ballroom of the Clarion Hotel. Tickets are $20.00 per person and MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE at the Beef Empire Days Office. There will be no tickets available at the door.

Beef Empire Days Awards Dinner

Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 5:30 p.m. at the Wheat Lands Convention Center, 1408 E. Fulton, Garden City. Tickets are $15.00 per person and MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE at the Beef Empire Days Office. There will be no tickets available at the door.

Beef Empire Days Cattle Crawl

Sunday, June 8, 2008 at 4:30 p.m. at the Wheat Lands Convention Center, 1408 E. Fulton St., Garden City, Kansas. Tickets are $65.00 per person and MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE at the Beef Empire Days office. There will be no tickets available at the door.

Events that require a ticket are noted in the official program guide with a or on the schedule of events with a "+". In order to comply with Kansas State Alcohol and Beverage Control regulations, Beef Empire Days can not distribute or sell tickets at the door of receptions or dinners, therefore all tickets for receptions and dinners MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE.
